- B.A in Communication Studies from Indiana University

Jennifer remains committed to the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of others through Continuing Education:
- Certified Personal Training Specialist (Can-Fit Pro)
- Certified Sport and Exercise Psychology Consultant (CSPA)
- Certified HeartMath® Provider (Institute for HeartMath®)
As a Sport and Exercise Psychology Consultant, a Licensed HeartMath® Provider, and a Wellness Consultant, Jennifer is dedicated to helping others understand the psychological barriers they encounter and what can be done to over come those barriers in order to achieve their maximum potential and live their best life possible.
In addition to working with athletes and executives, she works closely with exercisers to address such things as the mental barriers to exercise, emotional eating, over-exercising, self-confidence, and motivation. Through experience, she has found that the personal stressors that plague people often carry over to all areas of their lives, which leave them mentally, physically, and emotionally drained--this is hardly living their "best life" possible!
Sport psychology is the study of the psychological factors that affect participation and performance in sports. Using the combination of Sport and Exercise Psychology tactics and HeartMath® practice, Jennifer teaches athletes to:
- Maximize emotional calm, concentration and mental focus
- Increase confidence and self-control
- Develop a calm, dynamic internal state at will, especially under pressure
- Increase and sustain energy levels
- Remove unnecessary analysis, critique and self-judgment
- Eliminate negative and inefficient emotional undercurrents
- Effectively manage anxiety, pressure and excitability
- Rebound quickly and effectively after a negative event or injury
