Registration Policy: All sales are final -- The Baseball Zone does not offer refunds, credits, or make-ups for any missed sessions. Registration is not complete and a player's spot is not reserved in any clinic until a completed form and payment in full are received.

Clinic Registration Policy
- The Baseball Zone does not "hold" spots. It can only confirm a player's registration into its clinics upon receipt of both:
- A completed registration form signed by parent or legal guardian (*if player is under 18 years of age)
& - Full payment including applicable taxes
- A completed registration form signed by parent or legal guardian (*if player is under 18 years of age)
- The Baseball Zone reserves the right to cancel or change dates/times of any of its clinics. All registered players will be notified of any changes via telephone or email and these changes will be posted at www.thebaseballzone.ca.
- All sales are final - The Baseball Zone does not offer refunds, credits, or make-ups for any missed sessions.
